Hello, i was wondering if anyone who speaks and writes in the Thai language could help me

I would like to translate "I love you" and although I have been looking through online translator dictionaries and as such they seem to suggest both of these:

ฉันรักคุณ
ฉันรักเธอ

are they both correct? Thanks for your help

They are both technically correct but เธอ (Ter) is usually used for females, and personally I haven't heard the word much. The only real reference I have to it, is in the "carrot song". I've used คุณ with my wife for the better part of a decade, and she usually corrects me if I am wrong. I'd stick with คุณ.
Thanks so much heart
