@fayebelly: whee Your friend is cute~^^ I've got one friend who was always acting really cool in public, but his mails were always full of cute emoticons and hearts XD That was so lovely~
There actually was (and still is) one Japanese guy I really liked very, very, very, very much. Unfortunately I met him at a quite late point of my exchange o____o So one day I met him and some friends in Tokyo and we were talking and kidding around the whole afternoon. When they had to leave one of his friends whispered something in his ear while looking in my direction... And then he walked towards me with an uttermost determined look on his face... And when he was only 1 metre away the look on his face suddenly changed and he just whispered "baibai" - and jumped in a car crying His friend was quite baffled too...

That's so sad and beautiful!!! o,o Why the hell don't you contact him again?! >,<
Yeah... I kinda fell for my hairdresser over there... But by the time we started to get to know eachother was three weeks before I left! I still don't even know his frigging name!! ><

Gambare Merronsoda heart I don't know how weird this is, but I think it's absolutely beautiful to see mixed race couples - I don't know your ethnicity, but I just saying, I think some of the most beautiful children I've ever seen are half Japanese. heart heart

I am so incredibly jealous that you can use Mixi...I'm not even going to try and bother for a while. I'm pretty good with computers and what not and could prolly stumble my way around...but at the moment I just don't care enough. I'm still getting used to Japan.

Ok, so I made a traditional Japanese dinner with my host mom today. I don't live with them, but they pretty much take care of me because I live on my own. I live on the 3rd floor of where I work and they came and ate with me there today. Anyways...one thing I don't get is discipline with Japanese children. Everyone is so incredibly well behaved all the time, but at the home the kids are NUTS. The little boy is in the room as I type and the behavior he is exhibiting would totally not fly in an American home - especially in front of a guest. If I had done that at home as a child...er...my mom might have taken me out back and killed me O_o I guess society snaps kids back in place pretty well.
