Japanese-to-English translation?

I bought a bento box and a bento lunchbag in Little Tokyo last weekend, but I cannot understand what the tag (and instructions) say.

Could someone please translate?

Uh, nutrition and ingredients? WTF?

It's just the wrapper to an empty bento box. :/ The stuff you see behind the wrapper is my carpet.

The first one says:

"Natural Lunch ??Bag??" (last word is a katakana word that doesn't make sense).
The first instruction is hard to make out...I am pretty sure it has to do with washing it in warm water with like-colored materials.
Second, please be careful when carrying hot items.
Third, again, hard to make out, may be to avoid carrying liquids.

I'm looking over the second picture. The bag tag looks to me like it was translated in China, not Japan...some of the words are a little funny...

The important information on this is that: 1. Don't keep it wet as the color might come out or it might mold 2. It is flammable so don't put it near heat or flame. 3. Don't put it in the wash.
