Italians! I need your help!

I have to write a paper on the biggest problems of doing business in Italy.

My research so far has turned up corruption/mafia, strikes, and the labor reform.

If anyone can elaborate on any of these topics for me or suggest something they believe I should write my paper about please let me know! I would be very interested!

I'm not from Italy but my boyfriend lives there and he says that the taxes in Italy are really high with running a business. A lot of people hire people to work under the tables to avoid paying the high taxes of having a legal worker.
