so ive been wanting to explore more into greek food since i do wanna travel to greece sometime and visit them islands. >u>
ive only had like 2 dishes so far at a greek restaurant. and i really liked them.
opinions? you like/dislike greek food?

Overall I think it is great. The only greek food (out of all that ive tried) that ive disliked is greek yogurt. Since they ferment and strain it, to me, it just gives it a weird taste.

ok cool. thats good to hear. so far im liking it and wanting to see what other things that are there besides meat. ive tried greek yogurt before, and yeah, i agree with you.

Aw man there is so much for you to try. My favorite is a chicken souvlaki on pita with fresh tomatos and tzatziki sauce.

You should try spanikopita, which are spinach pies with feta cheese in them.

Try pastitstio, which is like a lasagna (only better)

Dolmades!! They're the stuffed grape leaves. They taste better if made with fresh leaves instead of jarred ones.

Just ahhhhh taste everything. It's a lovely.

i have actually made that before.
i made it for my entire class for a celebration.
at first people were afraid to try it because they never seen something like it before. (americans.... >_> )
but when others did, and said it was awesome, then more and more people had it.
