2."What album is this called?"

I know that the 1st sentence is gramatically correct but does the word order in the 2nd sentence work as well while still maintaining the same meaning?

For the second one, you just say, "what album is this?" You don't need the word "called," because when you say "what album is this?" people already know you are asking what the album is.

"What album is this?" implies more that you were talking about the band previously (but it does not always imply that necessarily...)
"What is this album called?" is slightly more broad...
or at least that's my interpretation...
