溝口 (Mizoguchi) is a surname meaning "gutter/drain entrance".

The given name Teiji could be 貞次, 貞治 or 貞二, although I can't find what they mean per se. The character 貞 means chastity or righteousness, though it seems to only appear in names.
Why did you pick "Mizoguchi Teiji" in the first place?

Profitable Prophet

I'll admit, the name itself was chosen more for phonetic properties than anything. Habitually, I try not to let meanings affect me too much when making names, as in most real life cases I've seen, the meaning very rarely reflects on the person. Instead, I was just trying to keep the name simple enough to accessible to an English-audience, while still unique enough to be memorable. I suppose I wasn't planning on doing any writing in Kanji at the time, or I might have considered the meaning more in the first place. ^_^u

(And thanks much PAnZuRiEL! I'll see if I can do some research on them and figure out their meaning... Definitely going to consider them.)
In that case, the name itself doesn't have to be any common or usual name, just any odd make up names.
You could break the 2 kanji up and just mix and match.
Other "Tei" that could be meaningful/use in a name:
帝 = emperor
碇 = anchor
亭 = garden hut type thing
"ji":
児 = son, kid
時 = time
慈 = kind
寺 = temple
路 = road
