(It depends on how you interpret 疲れる. For me, its more like exhausted or burned out. If i wanted to say tired, I'd just say nemui. That's why im asking. Like, what's causing you to be exhausted? But if you're just tired, then, xD)

「疲れている」という言葉としてよく使うと思います。　「疲れる」ってを見たことがないと思います。
