Actually, the crickets responded saying they did miss you. ...Oh, and me! =D

I can't wait to finish uni. 3 projects left, then I can get ready for camping at Port Macquarie! Specifically North Haven area. =D

I can't wait to finish uni either-and I've got 4-5 projects due within a week! gonk I don't know how I'm going to finish them all in time, but I have to. But once they're done I can finally start on an intensive exercise regime. I have to lose the 10kg or so I've put as a result of studying.

Nyahahaha I need to lose 5. -_-

Damn HSC.

Join me for runs in the morning =D

I'm going tomorrow morning, centennial park, outside track.

Come come come come biggrin biggrin biggrin

Running is overrated... I'm gonna go for a stroll around the city tomorrow - Minotaur, Dungeon of Magic, and various other places

It just is! It's a pointless exercise in futility. Why run, when you can walk? You don't run out of puff as easily by walking

...

Running burns off a lot more energy than walking. The faster you run, the more you burn. To 'run out of puff' is good for your lungs la. It's scientifically proven that if you do exercise such as running on a regular basis, you get more oxygen in your blood, and more blood runs through your brain.

Thus, your brain is more efficient. xP

Basically, walking is barely an exercise.

Haha, Hi! Welcome back! I would have replied sooner but my only access to the internet landed itself with a virus so I couldn't get on. So I guess we are both back.

So. . . Whats been happening in the great land of Oz lately??

Well, I just came back from a friend's place, where I spent the last week staying up late, and waking up early as a consequence of playing the PS2! lol

Haha, but I'll bet it was worth it!

You have obviously never been Nordic Walking. I would take walking over running any day, but Nordic Walking is really the most pointless sport. Everyone does it here. My PE teacher makes us do it when she can't be bothered thinking of something else for us to do. Even if it is only 8 degrees outisde, like yesterday. scream

I also have asthma, so that means I run out of puff much more frequently.

The way I walk, I work up quite a sweat, which must mean I'm burning off a fair bit of energy.

Fish is also good for the brain. I like fish. My brain is good.

Never heard of Nordic Walking...

You spelt "outside" wrong.

It was definitely worth it! If all goes well tomorrow, I'll be getting my TV out of storage so I can play my own PS2.

sad That sucks. I have asthma too, but it wasn't a problem til I came here and found out everyone smokes and it is legal to smoke inside cry

It's probably a good thing you have never heard of Nordic Walking!

Oops wink

Haha, well have fun!!

I'm off to Venice for the weekend, so I won't be on again for a few days.
Have a good weekend everyone!! biggrin

I could say something here, but I won't.

To just eat fish to replace the exercise you need isn't healthy la. Besides, you will need to have to eat the fatty fish, and preferably ones that you can get from the fish market when it's still alive (which I have, so far, only seen in Asian seafood stores). The battered fish from the fish and chips one usually gets barely contains anything in 'em. Except unnecessary saturated fat as well as the chips that comes along with it.

Ah, Australia...why do we have to have such moody weather!

One day it's a downpour, the next it's 38 degrees. It's crazy.

It's probably just NSW though.

To truly burn off energy when walking, you would have to walk at a speed equal to a slow jog. A normal leisurely walk isn't going to use up much energy at all.
