Welcome to Gaia! ::

Sparkly Nerd

I am needing a name for an upcoming project that I am preparing for. I am looking for a Celtic/Gaelic name that is easy on the idiot American eyes and clumsy tongues. I would like for it to mean something along the following:

Alone
Lonely
Loneliness
Sorrow

or anything that might be along those lines. Whoever provides me a name that I can best use, I will try to get a prize of some nature to you.

Thank you for your time & assistance

I'm half Irish, if that wasn't obvious. xD /points to picture in sig

Whenever I think of sorrow, loneliness, etc, I think of a famous Scots Gaelic ballad called Ailean Duinn. [Dark Haired Alan]

It's a woman, singing to the sea, begging it to return her lover who had drowned at sea, and she would take his place.

I love songs like that but the name won't work. *sigh*
