Long green beans,corn,diced carrots,diced raw ginger,onion,broccoli,many spices and herbs all piled on brown rice. 4laugh it tasted so good it was to die for..oh how I miss her cooking. emo

Since these went down due to black friday I bought about 40 of them @120k-140k until I brought them back up to 170k which was the old price.
What are your thoughts on this item? do expect a rise,lower or will they stay stable?
Also invested in about 30 of these , they went for a lot before the release and bought around 30@ 90k-100k,trying to bring them back up to at least 119k,managed to sell off a few at that amount three days ago. emotion_dowant

Yeah that's where I was doing 1hour and thirty minutes to 2 hours for a workout but i'm going to cut out most of the rest times since it should be limited to 45 minutes..rather sad because I have a high endurance and could go for more than 2 hours with weight lifting but limited it to 2 hours but now it has to be limited even more for fear of the entire routine amounting to nothing due to the testosterone peek. Does kind of make sense,since I've increased the time I've noticed less results. emotion_facepalm

I'm not a fitness nut,in fact I can only workout a few days a week because I over train waaaaaay to much..I get so much into it that I tear the living hell out of my muscles and i'm sore for about 5 days to a week. gonk Some of his videos he addresses emails from other people to help them out and others it's all about fitness and he shows good exercises with proper form,very informative.
Learning more about what you can do,what is good and what is not and finding the best way to improve your workout is always good though be it strength training,new exercises,resistance training,diet,supplements etc. there's a big world out there and its filled with knowledge. 4laugh

No me sorprendería si lo hacen, el punto es que gasten oro y recircular items que existen en pocas cantidades. Los halos y demás ayudarían mucho para esos propósitos. Lo que me importa a mi es que mis items no bajen de valor por esta razón sweatdrop

Well there are plenty of other things high in protein.
Almonds,soy milk,whey etc.
Soy milk or almond milk,both are natural and vegans drink it to substitute cows milk.
Whole grain bread is also full of proteins and carbs the body needs to recover and grow so it's possible to be a vegan while working out a lot..but resisting peparoni pizza is difficult. gonk
Basic cows milk is loaded with enzyms that are not good for you,they feed a bunch of crap to the cows so they produce milk faster and in larger quantity even though it's very bad for the cow and it affects the milk they produce.
Through soy and almond milk it's usually all natural,has 50% more calcium,more protein,less fat and everything about it is better when compared to cows milk.
Lactose free as well so just about everyone can drink it..minus those allergic to nuts since almonds are a nut.

Yes it was rice and it was a bit spicy but the good kind that lets you still taste everything in it.
My birthday is soon after christmas so I get one of her fancy stir-frys again. 4laugh they are so delicious. I wish I could send you some. emo
I a fuego lento it. rofl sounds kinda funny when I use it that way.
Actually you cut the ginger and mix it with diced garlic and onion,put it in a pan with a tiny bit of oil(so it doesn't burn,use sesame seed oil if you have any but vegetable oil is fine) and cook it until it's cooked through,then you mix in the veggies into the same pan and cook everything together while adding the spices,stir it up a lot so everything mixes then pour it onto some hot rice. With the proper spices and veggies it tastes wonderful.

Well soy milk is made from soy,it is high in proteins and other good things your body needs,think of it as improved cows milk but without the lactose so those that are lactose intolerant can drink it and not get sick.
I feel almond milk is much better for you though and it's more natural,it's lighter though in terms of thickness.

soy and almond milk is a good alternative in most cases and vegans drink it.
If you can manage to find raw cows milk that might be even better since it wouldn't have all of that added stuff the market puts in it to make it last longer.
soy and almond milk are usually slightly more expensive than regular cows milk though but it should be about quality,the healthier the better and if you add up all the small changes you do to your diet to improve your health,it all adds up to a great amount.

more fat
less protein
most places it comes from are factories where they lock cows up in small cage cells where they live their entire life as nothing but milk producers and for breeding then when they aren't good for either anymore they just kill them and sell the meat then replace them with the next cow,it's rather sad how they are treated. emo this is the way they mainly do it in the states though,not sure about mexico.
There are some places though that sell raw milk from big farms and they keep there cows healthy and they give them room to live. 4laugh

Soy milk:
