If there is anyone who is fluent in Japanese or German and would be willing to help me in them I would be grateful. I am currently self-teaching myself Japanese with what I can online, though German is the next on my language list.

I am a Junior in High School and my dream is to be a translator.

Also, for those who are fluent in their native tongue and are learning English, I would be happy to help, as it is my best subject.

Uh ... you want to be taught a language over the internet?

How about you buy a textbook? I recommend "Genki: An Integrated Course in Elementary Japanese" by Eri Banno, Yutaka Ohno, Yoko Sakane, Chikako Shinagawa and Kyoko Tokashiki. They're very user-friendly books.
