lol Yeah. I was just soooo cranky eventually he couldn't stand to be here but didn't want to leave. Despite the massive storm we got last night I'm hoping to get to the camp today! *crosses fingers*

Sorry for the absenteeism, Lulu-tan. Neopets is this website where you take care of an online pet. A lot of the Gaians who came to Gaia when it first opened (5 years ago? Earlier?) were from Neopets, so they expected Gaia to be another Neopets (which thankfully, it wasn't).

*dances into the thread* I just spent the most wonderful afternoon out of town at my family's camp. heart Gabe got to play on the lakeshore and learned how to throw rocks in the water, took a short 4-wheeler ride with my dad and generally ran himself ragged. He passed out about 5 minutes into the car-ride home. smile Drake and I went on the 4-wheeler ourselves (we took turns driving) up to the nice sand beach with my sister and her husband and when we got there decided to go for a swim. We didn't have bathing suits so we had to get creative with the clothes we DID have. wink Good times. There was much debate whether or not to stay overnight but in the end we decided to home because we didn't have anywhere safe/secure for Gabe to crash. So we're home and really looking forward to our next visit, probably next Sunday.

I watched Get Smart in the cinema today, and FINALLY! A parody movie that doesn't hurt my brain like Meet the Spartans. Although watching Wanted yesterday turned me into a drooling pool of fangirl because of James McAvoy. 8D Edit: Fly: OMG THAT IS ONE COOL TRAILER! When is it out? 8D |

I adore Get Smart. I was actually fairly happy with it. I'm not one of those people that freaks out about the details when they redo a movie or turn a TV show into a movie, but I was worried it wouldn't be very good. Steve Carrel is great at deadpan. I don't know another actor that could do it. There were a lot of little things that were from the original series that made me laugh. I would definately reccomend it.
