Emotional stability helps greatly in a long-distance relationship, All three of my ex g/f's lived in different towns and I barely got to see them... hence the term.. ex g/f's... But distance, ironically enough, only resulted in one of them becoming an ex XD the other two were "I see you as more a brother and a friend than something more" and "We just weren't that into eachother" So I'm hoping the next g/f I get goes a bit better... I've had each type of break-up: I broke it off with first, second broke it off with me, third.. we just broke it off.

Stop me if this sounds familiar:

"He is my everything, I just can't live without him. If he were to leave me I would just die."

This is not stable. This is unnatural.

O_o Yeah.. I'd say so....
Like for instance, right now there's this amazing and beautiful girl that I have my eye on, she means a lot to me, and I plan to act upon my feelings about her because I would rather live life knowing if she felt the same way or not, instead of regretting what possibilities could have become of it.

THOUGH, if she sais no, I will just have to accept the fact and move on. That also just goes to show how much she means to me.

@Nathan: Uh-huh. And then she has to have a boyfriend, all the time.
And she abandons her friends for said boyfriend.
This also sounds like Twilight.

Huh, really? I just actually, you know, manage my feelings.

Somehow placing your feelings for some person you honestly don't know so well is supposed to be some kind of sign of deep affection and romance. This isn't Romeo and Juliet where your friends and this person are having a pointless and elongated feud. The world hasn't been written by some author to generate such love for you.

If you have to give up your friends for someone, either you have lousy friends or the person you 'love' ain't so hot.

Stop me if this also sounds familiar:

"We are so in love that I'm going to make out with him right here in public in front of everybody and not care that I look like a complete slut while doing it."

Also not stable. Just inappropriate.

@Doktor Twilight and every emotionally unstable 15 year old girl...

@Monkey Manage our feelings... that's a new concept XD

I love you Nathan. I really do. Keep up the good work.

@Mega: Given that we're talking about unstable teenagers, I think you're being too rational. It's a sad thing. :c

@Nathan: That is when I kick them in the shin, because if I am witnessing this they are probably standing in front of my locker.
At least my friends have the decency not to engage in public displays of... whatever that is.

I plan to love my woman in the sanctuary of privacy. There is no good reason why other people need to witness something so beautifully personal.

Now if I could just get a woman.... Prolly won't happen if I keep this vocabulary up.

You're not getting my Bud, M. >>

Not long distance, long term. There is a great difference.

Also, no that's not exactly how she is reacting, Jake.

So naive, I keep holding on to what I want to believe.
I can see, but I keep holding on and on and on and on!

I barged in rather in the middle of things.... Anybody got an abridged version of events they're willing to lend me? *thumbs through the program*

I came in in the middle, too and just typed something hoping it was on topic. xD
