Ah, I see.
Why do you not want to live in Maine?

Tom Cruise said something about Valkyrie along the lines of "if we're speaking English anyway, why bother with dodgy accents?" But worded more Tom Cruise-ily, of course. Which is a fair point.

Because Germans speak English with a German accent?
I dunno, I just can't wrap my head around SS uniform + no accent.
I like what they did with Inglourious Basterds where they did scenes in German (or French, in one case) and then had subtitles. Maybe I'm weird.
It doesn't help that I hate Tom Cruise.

Making him learn German would be nice, except then my teacher would probably have made us watch it. Bleh. One film about Nazis is enough, especially if it's as depressing as Downfall is.

I believe the actors in question were German, or something of the sort. Landa and... man who got his skull smashed by Donny certainly looked Germanic. Do you think Cruise is even capable of learning German?
There need to be more films where Nazis are mercilessly slaughtered.
Dad actually said that Aldo Raine's Nazi killing speech was up there with the speech at the beginning of the Patton movie.

Hah, probably not.
A lot of Nazis die in Downfall, but they're all suicides. Except for the Goebbels kiddies; their mother killed them. (What a fun film this is, eh?)

Damned cowards, is what those Nazis were.
Although I guess they had reason to be freaked out, given what happened to Mussolini.
You know Hitler even had his dogs poisoned?

Raaargh. Ideas to be happening, please? D= And Word, stop trying to correct my grammar; you're really rather bad at it.

Plot twist generator!
Some of the things it throws out are pretty insane (clearly, it is time for penguins!) but there are a lot of useful ideas as well. Or possibly the penguins would be handy for your story.

Given that my story features exploding robotic ducks, I don't think penguins would be too amiss.
EDIT: I shan't bookmark that; I'd end up spending more time laughing at it than actually writing.
EDIT NUMMER ZWEI: My characters are currently in a nightclub. I have never been in one of these strange creatures in my life. I HAVE NO IDEA WHAT THEY SHOULD BE DRINKING. o____o
EDIT NUMMER DREI: Finally clawed my way to today's target. Lost my nice shiny excess, but meh, I've got plenty of time tomorrow. I can go pass out now. *flops* G'night!

@Demi: That plot twist generator amuses me.

And it reminds me of this: Surrealist Compliments

My friend just used my computer to upload pictures to her facebook, cause she lacks computer and internet, and the library computers don't accept her camera.

I think I just edited 200 pictures.

I lost the will to live about an hour ago.

I would offer you a Twix, however I do not think they travel well through electrical impulses.

Hello again, RIC.
I'm nearly out of Cortisone cream.
Oy... I'm thinking I should make my own grocery lists that we can sort of sync up with the main ones on shopping days.

Also, my brother is out of school the next two days. Parent-teacher conferences. I sure do hope he ends up going to our grandparents' house.

Also also, I sure do like that surrealism compliment generator.

@Demi: The grocery list thing sounds like a good idea. Maybe then you can get some more Cortisone?

And I thought you might like the surrealism compliment generator. My friend showed me that a while back, and we spent about an hour just refreshing it to see what else would come up. It was truly a splendid waste of time.

Cause in the daylight, anywhere feels like home.
