There are too many morons that don't know how to spell for crap, running guilds and clans on here.
It's INSANE... 1/2 the time, we can't understand what the hell they mean. For example, read through this whole guild forum and etc. - http://www.gaiaonline.com/guilds/viewforum.php?f=764953

Well not all of us run retarded guilds, some of us know WTF we're doing! *Points at her own guild and smiles sweetly.* Then again I'm not 12, and nor is my crew! Either way, there isn't much you can do besides be diligent in finding guilds that are well made. They are out there!
