Yeah don't worry Cloak, you haven't missed much. The 3 newly posted missions were all scooped up immediately, and your character is likely still where he was before. You can take part in the same missions as other people if they're agreeable to it... you both recive 70% pay I think? (Ryugi may not haave started doing this yet though, so ask him first.)
Other than that, nothing truly extraordinary has occured.

To be honest, you didn't miss much of anything. As far as RP, you're still being carried to the Penal Colony. xd

In essence, two (or more) captains of vessels may take on the same mission together in order to accomplish it more smoothly, and with the benefit of a helping hand to assist in more troubling encounters. The only downside to this is that the Mission Reward is cut down by 75% for each member over the one partaking of the mission.

Mission Reward + 0 members = 10,000 Credits (Each Member)

Mission Reward + 2 members = 5,625 Credits (Each Member)

NOTE: Members partaking of a Task Force Mission can not bring in more than one character (one Federation one Klingon), however, they may bring in more than one ship if they own more than one (a Nova and two Danube Classes) as long as the reward is split evenly among the members (not ships) involved.

Not at all.

You still get a reward, but its a little easier to get it. And, really, 75% of 1000 is still 750. That isn't a major difference. I don't expect massive teams going up against something to where their reward would be much less than 75% of the total. I'm looking more for pairs and maybe trios, as that's generally the size of a small Starfleet Task Force.

And as for our new member, give her time. You weren't exactly right on the money when you started either. She seems terribly interested in the guild, and I want to make her feel as welcome as I possibly can.

"It isn't often we get members of her caliber joining us". If you are referring to her being an exceptional role player, then what are the rest of us? We try our best as well. (I even go out of my way to improve the look and feel of my role playing. crying )

And what about me when I first started? I made a few mistakes, but I didn't change any stats... I admittedly betrayed the federation but, that's because I was impatient. I made up for lost time and became better in round 2.

Well, look at the other members. We have countless people that have joined, but haven't said more than a few words. She has taken a very big interest in the guild and what it has to offer.

We don't get many people who join with the intention or drive to become "Active," but she certainly seems to be one of those people, and I'm very excited because of it.

Meh, that's fine. She can post there if she wants I suppose. I'm not gonna nitpick that.

I gave her special permission to play a second character in another faction at her request because she felt interested in taking up the challenge, and we needed more people to do that.
