Welcome Barton Town Police Department! We are a group of Gaians who aims to bring criminal justice to Gaia. We are a model police service and criminal justice community with the aim to provide Gaia with the professional policing service it deserves and give those with an interest in criminal justice a friendly, supportive and welcoming environment. Who We Are and What We Do

As I stated above, the Barton Town Police Department is a group of Gaians volunteering to help enforce the ToS. With so many users on Gaia, it is obvious that there will be users that go against these rules. As a department, we go out into Gaia's forums, flash games, and it's other features, taking action against those that look to ruin Gaia for others.

At the same time, we aim to help those that have ideas like our own. Those with an interest in criminal justice will be given the equipment, support and supervision they need to excel. We also care a lot for Gaia's community as a whole. Both them and the members of the guild are treated with respect and dignity.

Are you tired of all the rule-breakers on Gaia?
Would you like to see cybering reduced throughout this site?
Want to be around a group of people with similar ideas?
Would you like to earn Gaia Gold while patrolling/hanging out in the various Flash sites?
Are you a helpful person, wanting to make a difference?

Positions Currently Available

Sworn Police Officer

The backbone of the Police Department. Sworn Police Officers are to uphold the ToS and enforce it through any means possible. Officers are a brotherhood of those whose purpose is to serve and protect those whom enjoy this site. They patrol towns, rally, and hollywood and report those whose purpose is to disrupt the lives of fellow Gaians.

Salary:
100,000 gold every month.

Benefits:
Free Academy Training
Upon Completion and Qualification, One Free Uniform
Sign on bonus depending on your application
Possibility of Promotion

Requirements:
Must be of 13 years of age.
Must turn in an application.
Must complete training.
Must have not have been recently reported for violation of the ToS.
Must be active a minimum of twice a week, and serve for five hours per week.
Must be able to access to flash games (Towns, Rally, and Hollywood).
