Anyway, I think it's a fine idea with the letter. Your version of the letter seems slightly longwinded and formal for my taste, but as Smilodon said, it suits the purpose. 3nodding

I like Juni's version better. It just seems a bit more organized. So if everyone agrees, then let's use it. But are we just going to post it in the Harry Potter subthread of the Entertainment thread or are we going to pm it to people?

I don't think its allowed in the subthread, its advertising, and I'm sure the mods don't take kindly to advertising there... especially when there's this guild forum made especially for that exact purpose.
