I am willing to combine clans into my clan am willing to propose this deal

In a clan with 20-50 members
Captain or Vice Captain becomes a mod for my clan if they get at least 10 members to transfer

In a clan with a 100 members.
Captain or Vice Captain becomes a vice captain if they get at least 50 members to join


Will also buy a clan if it has to be but will only buy one clan at a time (only one mule account)
