Out of the three, Harley is closest to Plas so it might be beneficial to develop their relationship a bit more.
However~ I can see where tormenting Question or Artie would be hilarious. xD

I haven't really seen any of the Brave and the Bold series,
except I did watch the singing number by the Birds of Prey, which was both awkward and catchy at the same time. xD

I remember watching that episode on tv with my brother's kids while I was babysitting them.
They had no idea why I was laughing so hard.
Seriously, how did that song get past the censors? xD
That show's what rekindled my interest in Plastic Man.
I read a few comics with him in them when I was kid, but I had forgotten about his character for years.
There was actually a pilot made a few years ago for a Plastic Man cartoon.
It's pretty funny, you should watch it.
