First, a list of requirements that must be followed in order for me to buy your guild:
No members. At all. I will not buy a guild with members.
Must be under 20k, considering that I can buy a new guild for that much (see "Negotiables" list for exception)
Must be clean of threads (see "Negotiables" list for exception
The Negotiables:
I would prefer that there are no threads in the guild, but if there are, I would propose a lower-level asking price. I can always remove threads myself, but it would take less time if they were already gone.
I would prefer that the price of the guild stays below 20k, as I can buy a new guild for that amount, but I will allow the price to go above 20k if there is enough gold in the guild stash. If you wish for the price to be over 20k, then you -must- state how much gold the guild currently has in storage. Or I will refuse to buy.
