I've got about 14k and planning on running my own contest pretty soon. I'm using some of my base money to spend on getting help running the contest so that way I'll be able to use the money I earned from what I learned using this guide, to do my work for me, so that I can spend more money increasing my gold reserves while others do the easy stuff that takes time and possibly better than I can...

Of course before this guide I was being terrible at managing my money. I kept doing slots and fishing. Then I'd puzzle up a couple hundred and be poor. I've already posted how much this guide has helped me but I can't help but to say thanks again razz . I also bought 2 thank you notes so hopefully I'll get some good collectibles that will go up in price quite a bit.

I'll tell you what really helped me was finding a good guild to join.

Try and find a more experienced guild with older members, who seem to be more charitable than others.

For example, on the third day of joining my guild, I headed over to the quest and charity section and asked for the Elemental Hair item. And wouldn't you know it, that same day, a nice member of my guild traded her Elemental Hair for just 100G!
