Go to the shops, follow the instructions that each shop-keeper tells you. You will get 2 items first and then you will eventually get the achievement.

I really wish they'd reopen up piehard and it's achievements. When it first came out, I didn't realize it was a set of temporary achievements; mostly as I had some impression that it was a new gaia game or something. And than when I finally decided to do it, it was closed. xD

Now I've been just hoping they reopen it.

I can understand why they won't reopen cats vs. dogs, or Valentines Day 2011 Event.... that was my own fault for ignoring those silly valentines; and not knowing about the cats vs dogs one till too late.
