The layering isn't correct on some items.

I want to use the Dream Avatar with ONLY my items.

The new hair isn't in yet.

Sometimes, it takes longer for hair to be added, but it should be added eventually.

I want to add fake NPC items to an avatar.

Search for "fake:npc" to find the NPC items. Some are only available for specific genders, so be sure you have the correct avatar gender.

Remember, the NPC items are not real GaiaOnline items.


I want to search for items equipped by a user on GaiaOnline.

You can search for them using their GaiaOnline USER ID. "u:USERID"



I can't turn my avatar around or change hand positions.

Hand positions and backward avatars are not possible on tektek.org yet. They may be added sometime in the future.


Some items or item poses are missing.

Some item positions require hand movements which are not possible on tektek.org yet. They may be added sometime in the future.


The search function doesn't work.

tektek.org may be very busy, so some searches might take a long time or not load at all. Try again after a few seconds. If it still doesn't work, post a message in the GaiaOnline Thread

Some programs, such as Norton Personal Firewall, may be the cause. If this is your problem, you may have to disable it for searching to work properly.


The avatar image does not show up.

Make sure you have Flash 9

IMPORTANT NOTE: It's very imporant that no additional clothing / hair is obstructing the view of the item, or it isn't much help. If the item is multi-gender, an image of both genders must be obtained before the item is added. Just equip the item, save the image as a PNG, upload to imageshack (or elsewhere) and post it here. Please don't PM. ^__^

ONE MORE NOTE: Poses must be in default form, with arms down, etc.
