I still don't know anything about free stuff and where to find it it seems. at least for the newer stuff.

Links usually come from Events, ads, announcements, and other forums
Go back a few pages and look for links.
Since this thread is not updated on the first page, best thing to do is subscribe.
Hopefully, when you are notified, it is for a new free item/gold.
Most here discourage spam or off topic chatting.
(There is a couple threads like this that are updated on first page, one in this forum another in the chatterbox)

Well, someone sharing a link in the old thread is how I found THIS thread and I appreciated it.
What I don't get is the 'us vs them' mentality. Is this thread here to help people or is it just an ego trip for the authors? When I ran a BG thread and guild I was happy to help others and share links to other threads that might benefit people.
