Where do I tell at registering I was referred by my main? I'm not interested in offers, but in mule-making for gold, yeah.

Abandoned for new main and kept only for petition ownership. I don't do anything else expect that.

Right now, you have to use the Invite feature on your main for it to work. Go here. Click on 'Add contacts manually' and put in all the email addresses that you intend to use for mules (note: these emails have to actually be functional at the time, I don't think it works if you put in an email that you haven't yet created, then make it in the future). It will take you to a screen to send a message to those contacts. Follow the directions to do so. In the message will be a link to go to Gaia sign-up, so click it and use that email address to sign up and confirm the registration. Your main gets 100 gold right now for every 'friend' that registers this way, up to 5000 gold. This changes occasionally (I remember it being 500 and 1000 gold per friend in the past, so I think it just depends on whether Gaia is doing a membership push at the time).

In my opinion, it's not enough to bother with if you weren't making mules anyway, but if you were, you might as well get paid for the effort. Also, I strongly suspect that when they enable the 'register friends through Facebook Connect' feature in the future, there will be a gold incentive for every friend registered that way, possibly a larger incentive than the traditional way, since they want to encourage people to use the Facebook features.

This is a helpful thread, so filled with common sense. Im wary of completing a cash offer and only do it once in a good while. I would really like it if Gaia removed the offers especially looking for credit card information. Im sure that there are kids on here that dont have a card, and the ones that do, im not sure if some of them have enough sense to not tell an unknown company their banking information. Whats funny though, I see some mobile phone offers that are listed as "Free" but in reality you need to pay them like 10 or so dollars the moment the last number of the comfirmation number is inputed. Im defiently going to get in the habit of using the offers on my mule rather than my main. I havent done alot of offers on here, but im thinking twice about continuing on my main.

I followed your guide, but I have just one question.
You mentioned that the first time you've filled out an offer, it should grant you the gold quickly, however, I have not received anything (although it claims that the gold grant should be within minutes), even though it's been hours since I completed the offer.
When I checked the offer status, it doesn't mention completed, in progress, or anything really.
I'm not sure if this is because it's a survey type thing or not.
It asked to take the quiz, and the gold grant would be given after I've gotten my results...which I did, and I took a screenshot of. There was no 'Final steps' in this offer, or anything mentioning Gaia at all. Is this the way it's supposed to be?

I've taken this same thing twice now, thinking that perhaps I did something wrong the first time.
Should I just forget about this, or do I contact support the same way you explained it for the other offers?

D': Sorry for bothering you.

I really have to commend this guide for making the dangers of completing Gaia Cash offers more known to the Gaia community. You have presented excellent methods for keeping users safe and computers malware free. Thank you. You rock.
