I had a close call once with a scam... A friend pmed me a link saying that it was an old annoucement with a link that lead to a free itme from one of the monthly collectibles
from the first year on Gaia... I cliced the link and logged into it, it looked exactly like Gaia but it was a little weird, the format was different, I like to play Gaia with diff tabs so hwnr that fake site gave me free mini angel wings, I looke in my inventory in another window and it wasn't there... I went back to the other window and the URL was not gaiaonline... I quickly changed my password on the real Gaia online and was not hacked... It did get rid of my depression for like 20 seconds cuz I thought I really had the mini angel wings... Haha lol

sending multiple reports will just make it take longer for the mods to deal with your case, and everyone else's. go back to the first page for the link to the list of charities if you're not willing to wait to regain your items.

A few things might need to be changed though:

The original complete list of Gaia staff has been deleted and replaced with this.
You're still linking to the old one which leads to the "Permission Error" page. n___n

To report moderator abuse, you no longer have to contact a specific member of staff/an admin.
There's a designated email now: [e-mail]

The FA username hex code colour is: #D431C2 (or it's very, very close to that) c:
