Welcome to Gaia! ::

Dina`
I have a question about something.

My friend from MSN is using IMVU (http://www.imvu.com/) at the moment, so I'm wondering if this website has any bad goodies in it. o_o

Thanks. (:
User Image here is the site advisor report on it, be sure to read the comments. there seems to be some conflict, many people complain of adware and e-mail spam but many people also say the site is very good. ask your friend what they think of it too. looks like this one is up to you to decide...

Well, to be honest..I don't trust that site at all but my friend is telling me to join.
I'm using a laptop that I'm not paying for, so I'm trying to avoid anything else that might cause a danger to it. (:

Thank you so much kage-ookami for the information and the help.
I'll look into it.
IMVU completely messed up a new computer I had once.

Are you serious?

I wouldn't trust that site anyway. I don't like how those kinds of sites are advertised.
I've read the complaints from the link that kage-ookami provided, and I decided I will not register. I don't want to risk anything.

Thank you for letting me know. (:
Once, I got an "admin" PM saying I had be reported for hacking or for some crap and they said they needed my:
E-mail address
E-mail address password:
Username:
Password:

I was like, (to my self) "Epic, epic fail. No way, dude. No freaking way."

Then I reported them!!!

Haha. I wouldn't bother with those kinds of sites.
Trust Gaia Online, but never give out your password. (:

alright my main account got hacked and i can no longer log into it. im pretty sure all my stuff is gone, and i submitted a report but i have not received anything from gaia confirming they received my report and what i need to do. how long does it usually take to investigate the report and when will i know if something is being done about it?
Animeboy22 Says. . .

I'd just like to say, this guide has really helped me. Someone has tried to hack me two times in ten days. I think the first hacker told his hacker friend to hack me too. stare Or at least try. And one of the attempts was the same exact thing as one of the examples. I'm just wondering-should I change my password after I get one of these, just in case? Because I've done it for the first on, but the second one I go just now.

. . .
I'll give you this strawberry if you keep it a secret, okay?
