can anybody help me with this? i am deeply sorry for my friend, halie_kimiko. her account was being hacked by someBODY and as a result, her profile as being banned, she was quite shocked to received an e-mail that she was being reported..... she was looking forward to buy new stuff as she got enough gold to buy it...but unfortunately, her profile was being banned before she can even buy it...besides, she's a regular gaian member.... it is not fair for my friend's profile to be banned when somebody actually hacked into her account and did something else....
please help her retrieve her account back....thank you

just tell her to Report a Hacking and wait for an omni mod to get to it. there is nothing else she or anyone else can do.

hey, thanks for posting this thread. i think its very helpful. i've never been sent those PMs or anything, but im going to show my sister this. shes paranoid that she'll get hacked one day and she's spent countless hours here to quest her items. someone tried to scam her once. she got a pink giftbox and put it up for sale. someone offered to trade a coco for it and so she opened a trade and put the giftbox in it. the guy put the coco in it, but my sister knew something was up, so she waited like ten minutes and the guy puts a space alien mask which is a BLUE GIFTBOX ITEM. so my sister cancelled the trade and added the guy to her ignored list.

Hi Kage! Great work here! I was nearly hacked before and it was because I was cleaning out my friendlist and accidentally went to one of my old friends' profile. And apparently, they had been hacked.

But the hacker actually embedded a cookie-grabber in the profile!! o__o;;

But luckily, the hacker only tried to take my mule account. Which didn't have anything on it except for one of those block items! xDDDD

Talk about a close call.

after you report something you have to wait for a mod to get to it and then investigate it before a user is banned, that's why it takes so long.

after you report it all you can do is move on. after this user is banned there will be more to replace him.
