I think trying to avoid being hacked is not enough there should be a system for it. When you play "Ragnarok", Pangya and other online games they usually has a security system which helps people to be secured from being hacked

gaia has security systems in place to prevent someone from hacking their servers and stealing your account info. your passwords are encrypted so they wouldn't be able to be viewed.

the rest of it is NOT something gaia could do though. they CAN'T protect you while on other sites. they CAN'T stop you from downloading malware, they CAN'T stop you from telling someone your password either.

you have to stop expecting everyone else to do your job. the security of your computer and your account is something you need to take care of, you are the only one who has the ability to.

...I was almost phished. gonk I got a PM similar to what you typed/ copied and pasted (whichever it was) as an example, and I read it because the person was a "friend" on Gaia. She was trying to get me to "become" a mod with her...Apparently, this person was lying.(but I knew that, so I just unfriended her.) Sadly, I didn't report this person...
