I read your journal to see the CGI email. i was wondering do you know where they say thier site can't be used for personal use. i'm using Cutandpaste right now and want to make sure they can't say the same thing down the road

According to the admins I spoke to, it's located in their TOS...

They added the rule because of badwidth problems...

strange thing is, I looked it over and couldnt find ANYTHING relating to the situation...

I've been thinking that as well.. but I asked a MOD and they told me the best place for it was here...
