MT requires you be quotes 100 times

The other requires that a thread you make gets to 500 posts. I don't know if it has to be started after you get the achievement or not though.

you have to leave a comment only with the words "cool avi" on someone's profile. no quotes, no punctuation, no extra commentary, haha. :3
