nah, u have to buy them or wait for them in the daily chance, go to world and then theres that big banner thing at the top of the page, click on it, go to teleport, click on isle de gambino and then gold mountain for the tokens

for spending tickets go to prize in joy, its in the shops at the end, in the gaming section.
tickets are earned when u earn winnings in slots and cards, u cash them
