Switchem help?

Maybe I am just blind but is there a move here or do I need to refer to using gc?



This has happened before I think. Also wondering if anyone else has had a problem where the points would go up but then would go back down. If that makes any sense?
For example you have to get 5000 points and you would earn the points but then it would go back down but every move you made gave you more points yet you wouldn't advance to the next level. I hope that makes sense but if not then that's fine :3
