Problems with Pinball, ELF, etc?

Problem: I cannot play any of the games or go to any of the towns. The game server does not load at all for some reason. What can I do to fix this?

Cannot access both ELF and Pinball. The loading simply stops at 1/4 or 1/5 of the way and never loads. Sometimes these applications flash blue like crazy if it were to give you seizures (I'm immune to these kinds of seizures).

EDIT: The jigsaw is working fine, sometimes the puzzles (particularly hard and insane) stuck at the granting gold part when I finish them).
