Why can´t i fish in all places

I have test everything then i can´t fish in port of gamibino and Durem
Please help me it have been so very long time now

You can only be fishing 1 bucket at a time, you can't fish 2 buckets at the same time.

You can however sit in other rooms while fishing in 1 room and be able to talk in the other rooms as well, just as long as you don't click a bucket to fish with in more than 1 room.
