Has anyone caught a rare fish? If so, how hard was it to reel in? Any advice?

I personally have caught a rare. But each lake's rares move different than other rares from other lakes. If you would like to find out more about rares, here's a link to Tiranaki's rare report thread which has all the information on rares you'll need to know. It's constantly being posted in by those who catch rares as a way to let other users know that they are catching rares.
