No, that's actually an avatar equip item that lets you hold a plastic bag filled with water, with a goldfish swimming in it. Goldfish packaged this way can be won as prizes in carnivals IRL, so this avatar equip item is a reference to that. They can be bought in Josie's shop Global Imports.

so in order to get the angelic rod you have to have caught 150,000 fish or junk? Seems simple enough :3 will it just show up in invo, mail or do you have to talk to logan?

It's 75k to get the Angelic, 150k to make it a plus. It just shows up in your inventory but Logan will message you about it.

Sorry if this isn't relevant but I was wondering if the drift wood could be exchanged for anything? I've been on Gaia for a long time but I was never much of a fisher.
