[You will have less struggle with the rod when it is junk]
this method can be used in any lake.. the harder it is to catch the bait the higher the chance of it being a fish. Study the movement of each fish caught, starting of by knowing how the junk moves first is not a bad idea since it will become the easiest to remember compare to the many fishes that can be caught in that lake.. Durem can be a bit more difficult but the method remains the same.

Watching a few guide videos and reading every guide in Gaia can only go so far when it is finally time to put it all on the test, this is where it all comes down to skill and practice.. Take your time with each fish, Pay very close attention to the movement, is it fast,slow, what pattern , does it zig zag, moves in one direction, or does it snap to a direction on the last minute..
But most importantly have fun with it, try to create little guessing games where you try your hardest to guess what you have caught on the line, share information with fellow friends or ask what makes it a bit easier for them, Buy a few hundred bait and use them only to practice with.. You won't get it overnight but within time you will just know what is what, everything will become much easier after a little bit of practice.
