There isn't a use for it yet. Maybe in the future, though.

Actually driftwood is used for an item in alchemy.

If I were you, I'd actually save the driftwood - I know it's probably tempting to resell it back or sell on the marketplace as is, or even cut it loose on your line but with the alchemy sect on Gaia exploding I'd hang on to it ALL. Save as many as you can. xxx
