for the people who watch deadliest catch , can do wat they do
catch fish & sell them it is a fast and easy way to make money u may not be
catching opello crab but u can be just like the people on deadliest catch
here r the steps
step 1 : buy a lot of bait from old man logan
step 2 : go fishin at any lake
step 3 : fill several buckets full [maybe 2 or 3 buckets]
step 4 : look at the average buy price on the market place
step 5 : if the average buy price is lower than the HALF the store price sell them to old man logan , if the average buy price is higher than HALF the store price
sell them a little lower than than the average buy price
step 6 : repeat this these steps and u will make thousands!!!!!!!!!!!!
Not a bad method, but there are some elements you may have to keep in mind. 3nodding
1. The type of bait
2. Depending on the type of bait, you can normally buy for lower than Logan's price at the marketplace.
3. 2 or 3 buckets wouldn't normally make a lot of gold, rather, it can make more or less than bait's worth [depending on the type]. (unless you were lucky enough to get a rare in one of those buckets?)
4. The averages aren't always accurate. Occasionally, there are huge inflations indicated in the average, but in truth, the prices are dramatically lower than that.
5. (This is mostly my opinion...) If you keep selling lower than average, wouldn't it consistently be dropping then? 1 person's sales may not cause a HUGE huge dent in the average, but competitors might think about lowering their prices too to keep up which might = lower average...?

You will make thousands--eventually. I prefer to just sell it in the marketplace. Right now, the price for a Blue Bass is much higher on the marketplace that it would be if I sold it back to Logan.
Eternal Ciel is right that just checking on the averages will not help you. You have to look at the listings. As of this writing the average price for a yellow/orange guppy is just under 4 gold. But if you look at the listings the price is closer to 7 gold (though it is usually stable around 5).
You also have to factor in the cost of bait and the upgraded rod (since you will have a hard time in Gambino or Durem with an un-upgraded rod).
