I'm having the same problem and tried it several times! But for everyone who needs help, try this:

Dear fishers,

We're having some trouble with the passcode (CAPTCHA) - the two words you have to fill every time you save a bucket. Right now when you type these words, they appear in the chat section, not in the passcode window.

I'm not sure whether we can fix it this weekend (July 25), but there is a temporary workaround:
After typing the words in the chat section, copy and paste them using the mouse, not keyboard shortcuts to the appropriate location. This should allow you to save your buckets.

Clarification:
You should copy and paste the passcode from the chat section to the CAPTCHA window. Using keyboard shortcuts (Ctrl+C, Ctrl+V) simply doesn't work, so please use the mouse (mark, rightclick, choose "copy", then click on the CPATCHA window, rightclick, then choose "paste" wink .

Sorry for the temporary inconvenience - we'll try and get this resolved as soon as we can.

Same here. It's soooooooooo annoying...especially when u buy the grade A bait, catch a lot of fish and then lose everything...all because it just wouldn't let u save. *sigh* sad
