How to you upgrade your Angelic Rod so it's an Angelic Rod +

You earn the Angelic Rod once you've caught 75,000 fish and/or junk total on your account. When you hit 150,000 fish and/or junk on your account and you have the Angelic Rod in your inventory, on Sunday, 5 AM (PST) you will earn the Angelic Rod PLUS.
