Outbox and Sentbox are Cleared

I didn't have internet for a month or two and when I came back both my Outbox and Sentbox were empty. Since then I've sent some PMs and still they're empty. I've tried to contact the owners/admins and can't seem to figure out how to do it. I've had gaia for about two years and got on off and on, I've never had this problem. Any suggestions or walk me through how to contact the admins?
When I tried to contact none of the subtopics matched this so I had no idea what to do and each one added about six more questions and most that had nothing to do with this...... HELP
