apparently it's made by tekton, from tektek.org.
and idk the site is new and doesn't have much rn but I like the concept of being able to recolor your items.
also it's a nice change since I've lost all hope in gaia because of inflation and gcash.

Hadn't heard of it, but I just made an account (derping around as Featherfire) and I like what I see! It's a cool concept, being able to recolor your items however you want, and the avatars are cute.
