I baked muffins last night, even though it was late.
I was sad (not because of the EQG dolls).

Speaking of which, those are just prototypes. Apparently they're going to ax the ears, wings and "tails" on them, change their faces and give them different clothes.
If Dashie and AJ aren't wearing shorts, jeans or anything other than skirts, I'm causing a riot.

and what? AJ in a skirt? She seems like a denim jeans kind of gal, with like adorable patches her grammy sews on when they get torn. and Rainbow Dash flies. how is a skirt a good idea... xD

I'm not a big fan of the Equestrian Girls character design in general, it just feels like they took a "one-size fits all" approach. Because there is only one body type and height in the world and the only kind of bottom a girl can wear is a skirt.

I mean, I see what they were going for in giving them a sort of uniform look, but I don't think it was in the spirit of MLP's message. The whole point is that these girls are different kinds of people who can still be friends!
