So, the plane story...
Before any of this, I was already afraid of planes, but I was able to deal with it quite well. When I was about 6 or 7, I was with my family on a trip to Nevada. We got stuck in St. Louis due to a bad storm that had the plane rocking from side to side. Everyone was panicking, and being that I was just a kid, I panicked too. It was really scary though.

Anyway, skip to me being 15 years old, having to pee really bad and overall just being extremely irritated because of a baby on the plane that won't stop crying.
Just as I got up to go to the bathroom, the plane shakes and suddenly it feels like we're falling. It was only a few seconds long, but it felt much longer than that. The stewardess asks me to sit down, and I do, even though I'm not sure if I can hold it any longer. I put on the seat belt, since the pilot asked us to do so, and I feel that dropping sensation again. This time, my heart starts beating like crazy, then I feel the plane shaking and I'm close to not being able to breathe.
Turns out it was just some turbulence and it was unavoidable. Having been on planes numerous times before, this was only the second time that I had dealt with something like that.

Although it may not seem like a big deal, it was to me. I didn't like that feeling of uncertainty and fear while being on a plane. It made me remember the first time I had even flown on a plane, and how terrified I was because of the storm that was happening at the same time.
I guess it also didn't help that I really had to go to the bathroom and that I was getting a headache from that baby crying.

So I can probably ride on a plane again, but I'll have to sleep the entire time or something, so I don't know what's going on around me. Of course, being nervous won't make it any easier to sleep.
Plus, the idea of being on a plane for more than 2 hours frightens me.

maybe i still have a shot!! xDD

wow Ren, the plain stories are kinda frightening...
in my first (and only) flight, i was like 10 years old or younger...
i really dont remember...
no turbulence, no baby crying, nothing out of normal...
but damn!!!! my ears couldn't handle the pressure change or i dont know...
it hurt soo bad!! my mom told me to chew a gum and tons of other weird stuff to avoid it,
but nothing happened.... it was terrible...

but, despite all these anecdotes...
I think all of us should overcome our fears...
I recommend you to take that plain and then tell us how it was...
maybe you will surprise yourself...
