My family recently went to SC though, where fireworks are legal
So I'm sure they're at home in NC, where it's not legal, firing them off

It is legal to have small fireworks in Northern Cali, (everything but the BIG explode in the sky kind, you need a permit for those obviously), but my sister told me they are completely banned in southern California, or at least LA. Which I kind of find weird, considering theres more dry brush here to catch fire... but it probably has something to do with population density, or individual county's rules.

Uhm, not that I can think of right off the bat. I can tek tek some simple ideas to see what we could do. when you do get on your computer you should PM me a tektek inventory to see what items we have already in common to save on gold for other things.
