The same way you would your old one. You click on the house on my gaia tab. Then click upgrade. Its 10k for medium and 15k for large.

And I was mistaken zip codes don't quite work. You type in the persons username on the boat and it will take you to there house/neighborhood. Zip codes are only for bookmarking.
